Our wine list is unpredictable, irreverent and out of the ordinary. We handpick only natural, artisanal wines, expression of the terroir where they come from, made respecting the seasonal cycles, the vineyards and the traditions. Along with the wines we choose the men and women that produce them, to finally deliver a sensorial experience to your table. 

Our selection is based on the following criteria:

Provenance: carrying the charateristics of the terroir.
 With terroir we mean the place, traditions, climate and soil where they come from. 

Agricolture: farming methods that are good, clean and right.

Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, restrained use of sulphur dioxide, no additives or chemicals.
